i try to create an app in iTunes Connect so I can put it on the app store. But every time I enter the details of the app I receive the following error message:

I also have this problem. I read about this happening with someone who had a new developer account (which is also my case - this is the first app I'm creating in itunes connect). Is this your case as well?

No! i'm still waiting for the support response. I think it has to do with this because a friend of mine had no problem creating a new app just a while ago. Post here if you find the solution. I'll do the same
